I’m Archie K. Gonwoe Jr., and this is my story of courage, education, and purpose.
My name is Archie K. Gonwoe Jr. I came into this world on March 15, 2003, in Senlay Town. I hail from a humble background in Soe-Senlay Town, where I am the first in my family to attend university. Only three of us in my family have graduated from high school, and I am the third.
My educational journey began at Soe-Senlay Public School in 2011 and I graduated in 2019. I completed high school at Karn High School, graduating in 2022.
After high school, financial constraints made it hard for my parents to support my next steps. But through faith and perseverance, we never gave up.
On November 14, 2023, everything changed — I received the life-changing news of being selected for a scholarship program by Queen Georgia Nuahn. On January 8th, 2024, I left Liberia for Rwanda.
I am currently a scholar of the Royal Village Foundation, serving as General Secretary, and pursuing my bachelor’s in Information Systems Management at the University of Lay Adventist of Kigali.
My passion lies in using technology to solve real-world problems and improve business systems. This field allows me to blend my interest in tech and business — shaping me into a future leader and innovator.
I am forever grateful to Queen Georgia Nuahn for her sacrifice and support. Her role in my journey is immeasurable. May God continue to bless her.
I strive to use my knowledge to positively impact my community and inspire others from humble beginnings.
Thank you.
